NGO Shipbreaking Platform visit Kishorn Port
We were delighted to welcome attendees from the NGO Shipbreaking Platform to Kishorn Port & Dry Dock as part of their Safe, Health and Environmental Ship Recycling (SHEREC) workshop visit on 12–14 November 2025.
The workshop focused on exploring circularity, new technologies, AI-based solutions, material passports, and how the UK can build more capacity for safe, compliant ship recycling.
During their time at Kishorn, we presented our ongoing site expansion, highlighted our unique deep-sea access, and discussed the important role fully licensed UK-based facilities can play in managing future recycling projects responsibly.
It was a great opportunity to exchange insights and contribute to conversations on sustainable practices that support both the industry and the environment.
