Phase 1B Consultation

Notice is hereby given that Kishorn Port Limited intends to apply to Scottish Ministers for consent to construct a new quay to expand the operational capabilities of the Kishorn Port & Dry Dock, Kishorn, in Strathcarron (IV54 8XA) as part of the Kishorn Port Masterplan. The Phase 1B development will involve the construction of a new quay with associated land reclamation, and the installation of mooring dolphins either side of the quay, accessed by walkways. The development will provide new berthing space for large vessels.

Kishorn Port Limited will be holding a pre-application consultation event at the Lochcarron Village Hall, Main Street, Lochcarron, Strathcarron, IV54 8YB on Tuesday 27th October 2026, from 2pm until 8pm.

The event will provide an opportunity for stakeholders, including the public, to consider and comment upon the proposal. Consultation material shared during the event on 27th October will be made available after the event on the project’s consultation website, accessed at https://kishornport.co.uk/ (this webpage).
