MSP Visits Kishorn Port to See Expansion Progress
We were delighted to welcome Maree Todd MSP, along with Cllr Liz Kraft, to Kishorn Port for a site visit. The delegation was given a tour of the port and dry dock, providing an opportunity to see firsthand the progress being made on the Phase 1a construction works as part of the port’s expansion project.
The visit also highlighted the £24 million investment recently confirmed by the Scottish Government and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. This funding supports the development of the dry dock and land reclamation, strengthening Kishorn Port’s role in Scotland’s green economy and creating new opportunities for local employment.
Alasdair Ferguson and the team were pleased to showcase the ongoing works and the strategic potential of Kishorn Port to support industrial innovation and renewable energy projects in the Highlands.
