Chef / Cook
Due to expanding business needs and continued growth, Kishorn Port Ltd are currently recruiting for a Chef / Cook on a permanent basis.
Working hours will be 10am – 8pm, Monday to Friday and 6am – 6pm, Saturday & Sunday, on a shift pattern of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing all catering requirements for clients and delegates for Kishorn Port
- Creating and implementing menus for breakfast, lunch and evening meals
- Ensuring that food hygiene, safety standards and cleanliness levels are kept to a high standard at all times
- Maintaining stock levels, minimising waste and placing orders
Previous experience of working in a kitchen is required along with relevant food hygiene certification. Rate of pay is £19.79 per hour.
